Responsabilità

• Provide technical guidance on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, SaaS)
• Support sales with solution architecture for customer engagements
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars
• Build and validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to show customer value
• Assist customers in migrating, deploying, and optimizing cloud environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate support
• Develop relationships with customer IT teams, architects, engineers, and decision-makers
• Maintain vendor certifications and stay current on technologies
• Identify opportunities to expand cloud, security, infrastructure, and managed services
• Participate in industry events, partner meetings, and technology conferences

Requisiti fondamentali

• Experience in cloud technologies, cloud architecture, or related IT environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies
• Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, or PoCs
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or technology vendors (advantage)
• A degree or educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Professional fluency in Italian and English
