Retail It Engineer Lead

pAs a seasoned Retail IT Manager, you will lead the UK and EU retail technology landscape. You’ll drive POS upgrades, store openings, and infrastructure refreshes while guiding end-to-end deployments with budget discipline. You’ll collaborate with Retail Operations, Helpdesk, and Security to align IT with business needs, and manage vendor partners to ensure high availability of CRM, mPOS, and store networks. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic IT planning in a fast-growing, purpose-led company.
