About The Role
We are hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project based in Portugal .
In this role, you will provide customer support in Italian and English , assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
This is a remote position , but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer service and support
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience
- Clearly explain technical solutions to customers
- Track customer issues and ensure accurate documentation
- Follow up on cases until resolution
- Maintain a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Tech-savvy and comfortable handling technical inquiries
Strong communication skills - Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking
- Detail-oriented and able to track issues properly
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
- Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
