Food&Beverage Intern - Casa Brera

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting Food and Beverage Intern.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our outlet.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. 
• The starting date is estimated in July/August/September

What you’ll do

• Support the F&B team in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events. 
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, courteous, and personalized manner. 
• Learn and consistently apply Marriott International and Luxury Collection service standards. 
• Assist with outlet setup and breakdown, including mise en place and table preparations. 
• Support food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. 
• Contribute to creating memorable and personalized guest experiences. 
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries. 
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. 
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. 
• Develop knowledge of menus, beverage offerings, and local culinary experiences to confidently engage with guests.

What you’ll need:

• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At good knowledge of Italian and English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
