Prestigioso Gruppo alberghiero – Abano Terme (PD) con strutture 4 stelle, 5 stelle e 5 stelle Lusso, ricerca un/una Operation & Performance Manager.
Informazioni sul ruolo
La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Direzione del Gruppo e con i responsabili delle diverse strutture e aree operative, con l'obiettivo di monitorare e migliorare le performance operative ed economiche degli hotel, contribuendo allo sviluppo di un sistema di gestione strutturato e orientato ai risultati.
Responsabilità
- Analizzare l'organizzazione e i processi delle diverse strutture.
- Individuare i principali driver di performance.
- Sviluppare e consolidare KPI, budget, forecast, dashboard e reporting direzionale.
- Supportare la Direzione nell'individuazione di:
- principali aree di costo e marginalità;
- scostamenti rispetto a budget e forecast;
- cause delle inefficienze;
- opportunità di efficientamento;
- azioni per migliorare produttività, organizzazione e redditività.
- Esperienza concreta e comprovata nel settore alberghiero, maturata in ruoli di operations, controllo di gestione, performance management o funzioni analoghe, preferibilmente in strutture 4, 5 o 5 Lusso con Spa, Wellness e/o Centro Termale;
- Residenza o domicilio nella provincia di Padova o nelle province limitrofe, tale da consentire una presenza quotidiana nelle strutture del Gruppo.
Competenze richieste
- Esperienza nel settore alberghiero in ruoli di operations, controllo di gestione, performance management o analoghi;
- Esperienza preferibilmente in strutture 4, 5 e/o 5 Lusso;
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche di strutture con Spa, Wellness e/o Centro Termale;
- Competenza in budgeting, forecasting e analisi degli scostamenti;
- Conoscenza dei principali KPI alberghieri e delle logiche di marginalità;
- Ottima padronanza di Excel;
- Familiarità con PMS, ERP e strumenti di Business Intelligence;
- Capacità di sviluppare dashboard e reporting direzionale;
- Capacità di leggere e interpretare il P&L;
- Autonomia, capacità analitica e forte orientamento alla soluzione;
- Capacità di dialogare efficacemente con Direzione e responsabili operativi.
Competenze preferite
- Esperienza in contesti di alta gamma e lusso.
