Customer Service Travel Agent

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-loving Customer Service Travel Agent who is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients—helping them plan, book, and manage trips while providing exceptional service from start to finish.What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with vacation planning, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries
- Provide clear, friendly communication via phone, email, and social platforms
- Research destinations, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements
- Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
- Build long‑term relationships that turn travelers into repeat clients
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Passion for travel and helping others
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to details
- Sales or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on travel trends
