We are looking for an AI Privacy Governance Manager to lead the implementation of the AI Compliance Framework and support the Data Protection Officer in embedding privacy and AI governance across the Cruise Division. /ppThe role combines strategic ownership and operational execution, ensuring privacy-by-design and AI governance principles are integrated into digital transformation initiatives, business processes and technology solutions across MSC Cruises. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliLead implementation and continuous enhancement of the Group AI Compliance Framework aligned with the EU AI Act and applicable regulations. /liliSupport the DPO in defining and operationalizing AI governance structures and oversight mechanisms. /liliOwn and maintain the AI inventory and coordinate AI system risk classification. /liliConduct AI compliance assessments, including high-risk AI evaluations, transparency obligations and documentation requirements. /liliLead AI-related DPIAs, privacy assessments and risk mitigation activities. /liliProvide expert guidance throughout project lifecycles (design, implementation, testing and deployment). /liliAct as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, IT, Digital, Procurement and Legal teams. /liliMonitor emerging AI and privacy regulations and assess business impact. /liliPrepare executive reports and dashboards for senior management. /liliDevelop AI literacy and compliance awareness initiatives. /li /ulh3Your Journey so far /h3ulli5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, legal, consulting or AI governance environments. /liliDegree in Law, Information Technology or related field; Master degree preferred. /liliCIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT or similar certifications strongly preferred. /liliDemonstrated experience with GDPR and complex regulatory environments. /liliExperience supporting AI governance or digital transformation initiatives preferred. /li /ulh3Your Essentials /h3ulliIn-depth knowledge of GDPR and global privacy frameworks. /liliStrong understanding of EU AI Act requirements and AI governance principles. /liliExperience with AI risk classification and compliance documentation. /liliExperience with ServiceNow, OneTrust or similar tools is an advantage. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliFluency in English and Italian. /liliLegal right to work in Italy. /li /ulh3Our commitment /h3pWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
