In this global role, you will drive strategy and shape the Transfer Switching product portfolio within ABB’s Electrification Smart Power division. You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration to identify customer needs, analyze market trends, and manage the full lifecycle from concept to post‑sale support. You will define offerings, pricing, and regulatory compliance to maximize profitability across markets. - Conduct market intelligence and portfolio gap analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and new opportunities
- Define product specifications, value propositions, pricing strategies, and business plans for current and new offerings
- Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction to phase‑out, including performance metrics and stage gates for new development
- Drive go‑to‑market planning and channel management with Marketing and Sales to ensure clear customer value and coverage
- 5-7+ years in product management, strategic planning, and market‑driven portfolio development
- Experience with low voltage electrification solutions or technology products
- Strong focus on customer outcomes, business planning, pricing models, and market analysis
- Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or management engineering
- Experience with low‑voltage applications and high‑power electrical distribution (circuit breakers, switchgears, ATS)
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
