About the Role
As an Italian Customer Support Representative , you will support customers of some of the worlds most recognized brands by answering questions, solving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You will receive full training and continuous support in a modern, multicultural workplace that encourages learning and career growth.

Who You Are
- Fluent in Italian (C1 or native level) and comfortable speaking English
