The role contributes to safeguarding brand equity by preventing infringements, supporting anti-counterfeiting actions, mitigating IP risks associated with new products and markets, and ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property laws and international best practices. /ph3Job responsibilities /h3ulliManage the Company’s global Intellectual Property portfolio (trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents and domain names), ensuring timely filings, renewals, maintenance and accurate portfolio administration. /liliConduct trademark, design and domain availability searches, preliminary clearance analyses and risk assessments to support new product, collection and business initiatives. /liliPartner with Marketing, Product Development, Innovation and Legal teams to identify, assess and mitigate IP risks before commercial launches. /liliConduct global anti-counterfeiting and brand protection activities across physical and digital channels, supporting the implementation of enforcement strategies. /liliMonitor potential infringements across marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, social media, domain names and other digital environments through specialized monitoring providers. /liliCoordinate investigations, evidence collection, customs actions, seizures, raids and authentication activities in collaboration with external investigators, customs authorities and law enforcement agencies. /liliSupport litigation, oppositions, cancellation actions, cease-and-desist procedures and other IP enforcement matters by coordinating with external counsel and ensuring timely follow-up. /liliManage relationships with external IP law firms, trademark agents, investigators and specialized service providers, monitoring deadlines, deliverables and overall case progress. /liliMaintain accurate IP databases, enforcement records, litigation documentation and management reporting to ensure portfolio integrity and effective decision-making. /li /ulh3Profile Technical Skills /h3ulliSolid knowledge of Intellectual Property law, including trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, patents and domain names. /liliExperience managing international IP portfolios and related prosecution processes. /liliGood understanding of online and offline brand protection and anti-counterfeiting practices. /liliKnowledge of trademark clearance, infringement assessment and IP risk analysis. /liliExperience supporting litigation, enforcement actions, oppositions and administrative proceedings. /liliFamiliarity with customs surveillance procedures, investigations, evidence management and enforcement workflows. /liliKnowledge of IP database management systems and document management tools. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with IP management platforms is considered an advantage. /liliExcellent written and spoken English; additional languages are considered a plus. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong analytical thinking with the ability to assess legal and business risks pragmatically. /liliExcellent organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple parallel matters and strict deadlines. /liliStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments. /liliEffective communication skills with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business guidance. /li /ulh3Ideal Profile /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification. /lili3 to 5 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property, Brand Protection, gained in an international company and/or a specialized law firm. /liliExperience supporting trademark portfolio management, IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting initiatives in a multinational environment. /liliPrevious exposure to luxury industry is considered a strong advantage. /li /ulh3Additional information /h3ulliFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 40000 /liliThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. /liliActual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. /liliIn addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. /liliThe employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio), as applied by Bulgari Spa in Italy. /li /ulpBVLGARI MAISON Bvlgari was founded in the heart of Rome in 1884.
