Job Overview

As an HR Admin Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Italy department. You will be responsible for various administrative activities related to employee reporting, benefits, and compliance. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role. Italy, hybrid on site in Turin or Remote

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities for Italy, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up. Maintain and update employee records, reports, and HR documentation in line with local requirements and internal processes. Assist with mandatory employment-related communications and administrative submissions, including areas such as hires, terminations, contract changes, smart working agreements, and workplace accident reporting. Administer or support Italy-specific administrative channels and documentation, including PEC communications, DURC requests, certificates, self-declarations, and company statements. Support the completion of recurring compliance, reporting, and statistical obligations (ISTAT surveys, etc.). Provide operational assistance for timekeeping, employee data updates, and related checks, escalating anomalies or questions where needed. Assist with documentation and reporting related to local training funds or financed training plans, such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti, where applicable. Support employees, managers, and internal stakeholders with HR administrative queries, helping route requests appropriately and ensuring a consistent service experience. Adapt to evolving HR processes, tools, and service delivery models, supporting new ways of working and contributing to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience as HR Admin Support or in a similar role is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Italian and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay Range

Pay Range €23,560.00 - €36,813.00 per year. The position is classified at level C2 or C3 according to the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry and Plant Installation - Code C011, which defines minimum salary levels, salary progression, and working conditions.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
