By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 pAs our bRegional Manager Corporate Welfare /b , you’ll be the person who drives the strategic expansion of our Welfare services across key northern regions through structured outbound sales and a relentless focus on high-value business development. /p pHere’s what your day-to-day will look like: /p ul lipbNew Business Development Upselling /b – Own and drive a proactive sales strategy primarily focused on acquiring new corporate clients, while identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts in alignment with Key Account Managers. /p /li lipbStructured Outbound Prospecting /b – Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline by executing high-volume, quality outbound activities including cold outreach, customized LinkedIn sequences, and data-driven prospecting techniques. /p /li lipbTerritorial Market Ownership /b – Act as a dedicated Individual Contributor managing a key regional territory, mapping and targeting a strategic portfolio of employer corporate clients (up to 3,000 employees). /p /li lipbBudget Target Management /b – Take full accountability for achieving ambitious individual and area semesterly targets, focusing closely on maximizing Meal Vouchers volumes and expanding Fringe Flexible benefit solutions. /p /li lipbCross-Functional Collaboration /b – Work in close, frequent synergy with the Key Account Management team to ensure a seamless post-onboarding alignment, participating in joint client meetings and strategic reviews to streamline the customer journey. /p /li lipbAgile Adaptability /b – Navigate and thrive within our fast-evolving Welfare Business Unit, swiftly embracing changes in organization or priorities with high ownership and a hands-on problem-solving mindset. /p /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for /h3 pWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. Does this sound like you? /p ul lipbSignificant business development experience /b – With 6-8 years in a New Business Development role, demonstrating a strong focus on prospecting and outbound sales activities. /p /li lipbCommercial Execution Strategy /b – You possess a highly structured, aggressive commercial approach. You can demonstrate a proven track record of managing long sales cycles and clearly articulating your pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and historical target achievement. /p /li lipbOutbound Mastery /b – Proven expertise in structured outbound methodologies, running successful prospecting campaigns, and systematically turning cold prospects into engaged enterprise accounts. /p /li lipbResults Budget Orientation /b – Strong alignment with numbers and strict budget governance, with experience delivering against concrete volume KPIs and individual financial performance indicators. /p /li lipbOwnership Flexibility /b – A resilient professional who feels comfortable in rapidly growing environments where product portfolios and strategic directions evolve quickly, demonstrating the capability to pivot effortlessly. /p /li lipbConsultative Sales Approach /b – An ability to combine a highly result-driven methodology with a consultative, value-based selling style that effectively communicates the benefits of corporate welfare solutions to HR and corporate executives. /p /li /ul h3CareAbout: how we support your impact /h3 pWe move fast, and evolution never stops.
