HR Intern - HR BP & People Analytics (6 months fixed term)

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day‑to‑day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics. /ppIn particular, you will: /pulliSupport key HR processes (performance talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review) /liliSupport people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward) /liliPrepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings /liliContribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation /liliCollaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs) /liliSupport ad‑hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliYou are curious, well organised and eager to learn quickly /liliYou have good communication and collaboration skills /liliYou are interested in understanding how HR decisions support the business /liliYou have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and numbers /liliYou feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields /liliGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
