This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our commercial operations, ensuring our CRM platform delivers accurate, reliable insights that drive performance and inform decision-making. /p /brpIf you\u2019re passionate about data, enjoy working closely with stakeholders, and thrive in a role where you can combine analytical thinking with hands-\u2012on system management, we\u2019d love to hear from you. /p /br /brh3Principle Accountabilities /h3 /brul /brliManage, maintain and enhance Salesforce CRM and BI systems, collaborating with offshore technical teams /li /brliEnsure data integrity through effective data mining, maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems /li /brliLead UAT testing, support release cycles and drive continuous system improvements /li /brliConfigure Salesforce, including data mapping, workflow design and sales process optimisation /li /brliProduce and maintain user documentation, training materials and provide ongoing user support /li /brliDevelop and deliver reports, dashboards and KPI analysis, including ad hoc performance insights for Trade Sales initiatives /li /br /ul /br /brh3Skills and Experience Required /h3 /brul /brliDemonstrated experience in Business Intelligence and CRM administration, with a strong understanding of data-driven performance management /li /brliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access, including the development of VBA and macros to automate processes /li /brliWorking knowledge of Salesforce CRM to support sales force management and reporting /li /brliSolid understanding of CRM and BI system architecture, with the ability to optimise data structures and workflows /li /brliStrong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, performance tracking, and problem-solving /li /brliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work proactively and effectively within cross-functional teams in a multinational environment /li /br /ul /br /brh3What We Offer /h3 /brpIn return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and further benefits as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
