Soilmec SpA is looking for:Field Service SpecialistResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to Foundation EquipmentTroubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface issuesCollaborate with customers to understand technical problems and provide effective solutions to meet their needsAssemble, install, and wire electrical systems on board the machine, including electrical panels and related connectionsVerify correct installation using tools such as testers and multimetersAssemble mechanical and hydraulic componentsCoordinate with internal teams, including Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control, to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvementDeliver product training courses to customers and service partners to enhance their understanding and problem-solving capabilitiesAccurately and promptly document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutionsActivitiesTechnical diploma (industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electronic)Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electrotechnical drawingsKnowledge of electrical equipment for wiring and precision toolsKnowledge of PLC programming systemsKnowledge of measurement instruments: testers, multimeters, and othersKnowledge of screw, bolt, thread, and hydraulic fitting specificationsKnowledge of measurement tools (tape measure, caliper)At least 3 years of experience in similar rolesGood knowledge of English (B2 level)Excellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other company departmentsCustomer-oriented mindset and attention to detailWillingness to travel internationally to provide customer technical supportFor this position, an indicative base gross annual salary (RAL) between 31,000 and 36,000 is offered, depending on experience, technical skills, and level of autonomy in the role, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica).The compensation package may also include additional allowances and payments related to national and international travel assignments, which may vary according to the frequency, duration, and destination of on-site customer activities.Joining Gruppo Trevi means becoming part of an international, innovative environment focused on people growth and development.Trevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.We welcome applications from all members of society, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or belief.Full timePosting Date: 2026-04-16
