Quality e process manager (f/m/d)
GALLERIA DI BASE DEL BRENNERO - BRENNER BASISTUNNEL BBT SE
- Implementazione attiva e monitoraggio del Sistema di gestione integrato (SGI) nei settori della qualità (ISO 9001), dell’ambiente (ISO 14001), della sicurezza sul lavoro e della tutela della salute (ISO 45001) e dall’anticorruzione (ISO 37001)
- collaborazione transfrontaliera nell’ambito della gestione dei processi con diversi soggetti interessati dei reparti specialistici, finalizzata alla definizione di standard comuni
- Analisi, progettazione, documentazione e visualizzazione dei processi aziendali (work flow + descrizione dei processi) mediante software adeguato, con l'obiettivo di aumentare in modo sostenibile l'efficienza, la trasparenza e la qualità
- collaborazione attiva e supporto negli audit interni ed esterni
Il profilo ideale:
- Laurea in materie tecniche conseguita presso un’università o un istituto universitario di scienze applicate, oppure titolo equivalente
- Eccellenti conoscenze della lingua tedesca e italiana
- Esperienza pluriennale nel SGI e nella gestione dei processi, preferibilmente presso aziende operanti nei settori delle infrastrutture, delle ferrovie, dell’edilizia o simili.
- conoscenza approfondita delle norme ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001, ISO 45001)
- capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e strutturato, ottime doti organizzative e approccio analitico
- Ottime capacità comunicative nei rapporti con gli stakeholder e spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra
- utilizzo sicuro degli strumenti di collaborazione, gestione dei documenti e visualizzazione dei processi
- Disponibilità a viaggiare tra le sedi BBT in Alto Adige e in Tirolo
- Partecipazione a uno dei più importanti progetti infrastrutturali attualmente realizzati in Europa
- Formazione per ampliare le conoscenze professionali

Retribuzione iniziale a partire da 40.000,00 € annuo lordi, 14 mensilità, CCNL Studi professionali (CNEL H442), con possibilità di retribuzione maggiore in base alle qualifiche e all'esperienza. Livello inquadramento da CCNL: 3.
