This is not a role for someone looking to maintain existing processes, or simply looking for a traditional permanent position. /ppWe are looking for a finance professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, enjoys building scalable financial structures and wants to play an active role in the growth of an ambitious international business. /ppThe position is offered as a long-term freelance collaboration (VAT number required), designed for professionals who value autonomy, ownership and the opportunity to contribute across multiple companies within the Group, rather than a conventional employment structure. /ppAs the Group continues its rapid expansion, the Financial Controller will become a key business partner to the CEO, CFO and executive leadership team, helping transform financial data into strategic decisions while strengthening reporting, planning and financial governance across multiple companies. /ppThis is a hands-on position with real ownership, broad exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the future direction of a business undergoing significant scale-up. /ppIf you are motivated by creating processes rather than simply following them, enjoy solving complex business challenges and want to help build a high-performance international organization from the inside, this opportunity is designed for you. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities /b /pulliOwn and support monthly financial reporting and closing activities /liliPrepare management reports and financial analyses for the CFO, CEO, and Board /liliMonitor KPIs, profitability, margins, and overall business performance /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning /liliAnalyze revenues, costs, and cash flow across multiple business units /liliSupport intercompany reporting and consolidation activities /liliImprove reporting tools, financial models, and internal finance processes /liliCollaborate with operational teams to drive financial performance /liliCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors /liliSupport ERP implementation and reporting automation initiatives /liliPrepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic projects and investments /liliSupport other Finance Department activities and responsibilities as required /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbEssential /b /pulli5+ years of finance experience, ideally including 1–2 years in audit /liliDegree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline /liliPrevious experience in Financial Controlling, FPA, Audit, or a similar finance function /liliStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis /liliAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data /liliStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail /liliAbility to manage priorities independently /liliProfessional proficiency in English /li /ulpbPreferred /b /pulliExperience in international or multi-company environments /liliPrevious exposure to private aviation, luxury, travel, hospitality, real estate, or fast-growing businesses /liliExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools /liliKnowledge of French or additional languages /li /ulpbr/ppbCompensation and collaboration /b /ppThis position is offered as a long-term freelance collaboration (VAT number required), as you will provide financial support across multiple companies within the Group. /ppThe successful candidate will receive a fixed monthly compensation, complemented by performance-based bonuses linked to the achievement of agreed KPIs, offering the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious international luxury group. /ppApplicants who already have an active VAT number are welcome to apply.
