R&D CHC Senior Specialist, Project Management

ppWe are looking for an experienced RD Project Manager to join a dynamic Consumer Healthcare environment, leading complex cross‑functional innovation and development projects from concept to delivery. /ppbPurpose of the Job /b /pulliLead cross‑functional project teams in the execution of end‑to‑end projects aligned with business goal Develop and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring key activities are completed on schedule and within scope /liliMake sure that LEAN and Agile tools and approach are used across project management /liliManage (or provide operational support in) vendors and contracts (management) for the CHC ID Team /li /ulpbPrincipal Accountabilities /b /pulliSupport the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables /liliDevelop end‑to‑end project schedules and timelines assuring project on time delivery /liliApply LEAN and Agile approach to projects /liliMonitoring of project activities and track progress against milestones /liliSupport the core team in day‑to‑day project management activities /liliResponsible for building the project team and defining tasks /liliAssist in monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses /liliPrepare and contribute to project status reports and updates /liliTrack changes and support their implementation when necessary to meet project deliverables /liliIdentify issues and escalat them appropriately /liliContribute to risk identification and support the implementation of mitigation plans for all projectc /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulli8 years’ experience as RD project manager preferably in Consumer Healthcare. Work experience in other industries such as Consumer‑Packaged Goods or companies/industries with high speed and large portfolio of projects might be considered. /liliScientific/Technical/Engineering Master or PhD degree or similar /liliProject Management Certification preferred /liliVery good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software /liliAgile and LEAN delivery mastery, including Lean Process Optimization Value Delivery /liliAdvanced planning and execution /liliAnalytical and problem‑solving skills, risk analysis and mitigation /liliEffective communication and presentation skills, and good command of the English language. /liliNegotiation skills and ability to influence with or without authority at levels above and below own grade level Proficiency in building trust with teams and stakeholders /liliProficiency in driving resolution of team conflicts through skilled negotiation and diplomacy, elevating to accountable functional leaders as necessary /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
