Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a curious and analytical Intern to join one of our Strategy teams. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of media strategy, from market, consumer and audience analysis to supporting the development of strategic approaches and media recommendations for our clients. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting a wide range of projects and learning how data, research and audience insights contribute to strategies that respond to client objectives and identify opportunities for growth.

Activities

• Support the monitoring of market, consumer and media trends, helping the team identify relevant developments and emerging opportunities for clients.
• Learn to use research and analysis tools to explore markets, audiences, target groups, competitors and advertising performance.
• Support the development of strategic approaches and media recommendations by gathering and organizing relevant information on client objectives, audiences, market dynamics and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Planning and other specialist teams, supporting the preparation of clear and relevant information tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and strategic materials, helping translate data and research into clear and meaningful insights.
• Support the team in collecting, organizing and checking data and information from different sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency across strategic materials.

Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or a closely related field, and eligible to undertake a six-month internship.
• Genuine interest and curiosity in media, communication, consumer behavior, market dynamics and strategic thinking.
• Good analytical skills and an interest in working with data, research and multiple sources of information.
• Ability and willingness to learn how to interpret findings, identify relevant insights and support the development of clear strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian, as you will engage with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous exposure to market research, audience measurement or survey tools will be considered an advantage, but is not required.
• A curious and eager learner, motivated to develop new skills and gradually apply new knowledge to different projects and business challenges.
• A collaborative team player, eager to learn from and work with Strategy, Planning and other specialist teams.
• Creative and proactive approach, with the ability to explore unconventional solutions and new perspectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Well organized, with the ability to manage assigned tasks and priorities under guidance, while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with guidance and support from the team.
