As a CSU Intern , you'll have the chance to support key roles in clinical trial management and innovation , including the Clinical Operation Study Country Lead (COSCL), Local Innovation Lead (LIL), Start Up Strategy manager and Site Engagement Lead (SEL).

You will be involved in the following activities

• Support Clinical Operations Study Country Lead in clinical trial and observational study management

• Assist with regulatory authorizations and start-up strategy for clinical trials

• Support implementation of digital innovations and AI solutions in clinical operations

• Collaborate with Site Partnership Manager and Clinical Study Unit (CSU) Medical Advisors

• Provide cross-functional administrative support including account management, payments, and equipment coordination

• Monitor study timelines, milestones, and budget tracking

• Participate in innovation initiatives and evaluate new technologies for clinical trials

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and company meetings

About you

• Master's degree in Scientific field ( Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related natural sciences )

• Fluent English (C1 level)

• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Interest in AI tools and digital solutions for clinical research

• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Creative problem-solving abilities and team collaboration mindset

• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
