In this Operations Manager role, you will be:

• Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction. 
• Assuring highest care about People management. 
• Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s). 
• Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement. 
• Monthly monitoring the operation’s span of control and building a strategy 
• Promoting the continuous improvement of culture and sustainability of the program  
• Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture 
• Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer’s needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities. 

You won’t find another Operations Manager position like the one you’ll find with DHL Supply Chain . Now, here’s what we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/economics or master’s in supply chain
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

Strong leadership attitude and people management skills
