The Role:- Support customers with empathy and accuracy.
- Investigate account issues and content reports.
- Advocate for community safety and product understanding.
- Use data insights to improve user experience.
- Fluency in Italian , English , German , French , Dutch , Arabic , Danish , Spanish , Polish , Portuguese , Swedish , Norwegian .
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
- A solutions-driven mindset and love for helping others.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
- 2 Weeks Hotel Accommodation.
- Flight Ticket (within the EU).
- Airport Pickup.
- Real Estate Agency Fee Covered.
- Fully Remote Work-At-Home (WAH). If relocating, WAH location is Athens;
if already in Greece, WAH from anywhere in the country.
