MANAGER
Posizione:
Questo ruolo prevede:
- La supervisione diretta dei membri dell'equipaggio;
- La gestione dell'inventario e il mantenimento degli standard stabiliti per servizio, qualità e pulizia.
La posizione richiede un equilibrio tra leadership, conoscenze operative e competenze di servizio clienti.
Gestendo il personale e i sistemi operativi, il manager garantisce che il ristorante raggiunga i suoi obiettivi di vendita e redditività.
Hanno il compito di formare i dipendenti, gestire i feedback dei clienti e assicurarsi che il ristorante rispetti tutte le normative sulla salute e sicurezza.
Requisiti:
E' richiesta precedente, anche se breve, esperienza di gestione del personale presso realtà della ristorazione, fast food o grande distribuzione organizzata.
Completano il profilo del candidato dinamismo, flessibilità e disponibilità per turni notturni 2/3 volte a settimana.
