Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of small, low‑complexity projects ensuring all activities comply with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets and scheduling targets.
• Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety and environmental policies.
• Plan the projects in accordance with the correct Contractual Scope of Supply and HSE requirements.
• Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor and control project financials, overseeing invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, quantify and manage risk, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project.
• Ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
• Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close‑out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
• Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, procure required services, materials and equipment, and support negotiations, claims and project changes.
• Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Define, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical or Management preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Certification PMI/PMP is a plus, but not mandatory.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Previous experience in project management of at least 2–3 years is desirable.

Salary & Benefits

Minimum salary: Starting from 38,000 € gross annual salary. Final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
