Sales District Manager – Settore Utility (Partita IVA)
Area di riferimento: Lombardia
Per una primaria azienda del settore Utility , leader a livello nazionale e in forte crescita, ricerchiamo un/una Sales District Manager da inserire all’interno della Business Unit Sales Development .
La risorsa sarà inserita in un percorso manageriale strutturato , con l’obiettivo di sviluppare, coordinare e far crescere una rete vendita di agenti sul territorio della Lombardia .
Responsabilità
- Sviluppo e gestione del distretto commerciale assegnato
- Reclutamento, formazione e coordinamento di agenti di vendita
- Affiancamento operativo della rete sul territorio
- Monitoraggio delle performance commerciali e dei KPI
- Implementazione delle strategie di vendita definite dalla Direzione
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e crescita del distretto
- Reporting periodico alla Direzione Commerciale
Requisiti
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Sales Management , Area/District Manager o sviluppo reti vendita
- Preferibile esperienza nei settori Utility, Energia, Gas, Luce, TLC o Servizi
- Spiccate capacità di leadership e gestione delle persone
- Forte orientamento ai risultati e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Ottime capacità comunicative e organizzative
- Disponibilità a operare sul territorio lombardo
- Partita IVA attiva o disponibilità all’apertura
