The role acts as a facilitator of change and project execution, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, accelerating decision-making processes and supporting the implementation of initiatives across business functions.A key focus of the role will be supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) and Inventory management processes, helping the organization to define a lean process, manage trade-offs, resolve operational bottlenecks and drive execution of seasonal initiatives.The position will also support strategic assessments and implementation related to outsourcing and carve-out opportunities, contribute to business case development and collaborate with business and technology teams to define process, system requirements and implementation process supporting transformation objectives. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liFacilitate the execution of transformation initiatives across Supply Chain. /li liSupport the delivery of strategic transformation programs by coordinating activities, stakeholders, timelines and project milestones. /li liAct as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment among business functions involved in transformation initiatives. /li liDrive project governance activities, including planning, progress tracking, risk management, issue escalation and executive reporting. /li liSupport the deployment, governance and continuous improvement of the SOP process. /li liCoordinate and facilitate the Inventory War Room, ensuring alignment across functions and timely execution of agreed actions. /li liIdentify organizational trade-offs across planning, inventory, operations, logistics and commercial priorities, supporting fact-based decision making. /li liEscalate execution bottlenecks, project risks and operational constraints to ensure timely resolution and delivery of transformation objectives. /li liPartner with business functions to implement initiatives throughout each season, monitoring progress and ensuring accountability for delivery. /li liCoordinate initiatives aimed at improving planning effectiveness, inventory performance, operational efficiency and end-to-end supply chain processes. /li liSupport the definition of business and functional requirements for technology solutions, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to enable process improvements. /li liFacilitate workshops, project reviews, steering committees and decision-making forums. /li liLead stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support adoption of new processes, operating models and ways of working. /li liPartner with functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps. /li liMonitor project KPIs, benefits realization and value delivery against approved business cases. /li liPrepare executive presentations, transformation updates and management reports for senior leadership and C-level stakeholders. /li liSupport the assessment of outsourcing and carve-out opportunities across Supply Chain and Operations. /li liDevelop business cases, quantitative analyses and recommendation materials to support outsourcing, operating model and transformation decisions. /li liSupport the business functions in monitoring the progress of outsourcing and carve-outs implementation activities. /li liPromote standardization of
