As Technical Service Engineer, you are the primary technical contact for assigned product lines, turning field data into actionable solutions and clear technical reports. You will support installations, service projects, and major overhauls, aligning with Elliott’s global service network. You’ll analyze complex field issues, drive RCFA, and contribute to product design and repair standards through cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to impact equipment performance and reliability across international sites. You will travel to installation sites to diagnose real-world problems and present findings to stakeholders.Benefits

• Develop solutions to complex field issues and conduct engineering studies to optimize machinery performance
• Lead and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
• Provide high-level technical oversight for new installations, global service projects, and major overhauls
• Manage product and service warranties by investigating claims and balancing customer satisfaction with financial objectives
• Liaise between Sodegaura and Jeannette engineering teams to influence design, manufacturing, and repair standards
• Author Service Engineering Bulletins and Technical Service Letters; deliver technical training to internal teams and customers
• Travel to installation sites to troubleshoot equipment and present findings to stakeholders

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of professional engineering experience in rotating machinery or heavy industrial equipment
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, product transmittals, and technical manuals
• Foundational understanding of control theory and electrical components
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service excellence; ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders
