Overview
We are looking for a Director of Expansion & Real Estate to lead the growth of an international fashion brand in Southwest Europe.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the expansion and real estate strategy across the region.
- Lead strategic planning for store openings, relocations, and portfolio optimization.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and franchise deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with corporate standards.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage key relationships with landlords, brokers, and consultants to access relevant market information.
- Analyze portfolio data to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in strategic expansion and real estate leadership within retail, with deep knowledge of the Southwest Europe market.
- Proven track record in high-impact lease negotiations and complex portfolio management.
- Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and executive-level communication skills.
- Established network in the retail real estate sector.
- Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages considered a plus.
