With bend-to-end ownership of MA initiatives /b, this role leads the full transaction lifecycle — from strategic target identification to deal execution and post-merger integration — ensuring each acquisition delivers sustainable industrial and financial value. Reporting to the MA Manager and working closely with senior leadership, the MA Expert acts as a bstrategic partner to the business /b, combining financial rigor, strategic judgment, and strong stakeholder leadership. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive the MA roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities. /liliManage the MA process end to end, starting from proactive market scouting and target origination. /liliIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies. /liliLead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis. /liliTake full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams. /liliPlay a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions. /liliAct as the main point of contact for external advisors and internal stakeholders at executive level. /liliPrepare and present investment cases, decision papers, and recommendations to top management and governance bodies. /liliDefine and oversee post‑merger integration strategies, ensuring value realization, operational alignment, and cultural integration. /liliTrack and report performance of completed transactions versus the original business case. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience managing the MA process end to end, within corporate MA, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting environments. /liliProven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions with autonomy and accountability. /liliStrong financial skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis. /liliStrategic mindset, with the ability to connect individual transactions to broader industrial and corporate strategy. /liliStrong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder management capabilities. /liliExcellent executive communication skills, with confidence in interacting with senior leaders and external partners. /liliAbility to make decisions in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑uncertainty contexts. /liliHigh levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. /li /ulh3Skills and Values /h3ullibENTREPRENEURSHIP /b — the engine behind everything we do.
