Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: /p ul libOwn the Feature Lifecycle – /b Design, build, test, and operate backend services for savings and investment products—from initial technical design to production—using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. /li libBuild Scalable Wealth Products – /b Develop and maintain core functionalities like the \"Invested Money Box\", automated savings goals, and investment portfolios, ensuring high reliability and transactional consistency. /li libMaster a Modern Tech Stack – /b Take ownership of our AWS-based infrastructure (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and contribute to architectural improvements to ensure smooth integration across wealth-related microservices. /li libWork in an AI-Powered Environment – /b Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimize code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation, raising the bar for engineering efficiency. /li libSolve Complex Financial Problems – /b Turn financial requirements into scalable technical solutions, balancing delivery speed with the extreme precision required by wealth management systems. /li libCollaborate Lead Quality – /b Work cross-functionally with Product and UX teams while actively contributing to code reviews, post-mortems, and refactoring initiatives to promote engineering best practices. /li libDrive System Reliability – /b Debug complex issues across services, investigate production incidents, and share learnings with the team to continuously improve the health of our financial engines. /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for /h3 pWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.
