In this role, you drive Scalapay’s growth by forming and managing partnerships with global enterprise clients across cosmetics, fashion & apparel, beauty, electronics, and more. You will engage C-level stakeholders to tailor high-impact payment solutions and close strategically important deals. You collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure client success and scalable growth. Your work is supported by data-driven insights from Hubspot to exceed targets.   • Win big enterprise deals by targeting, pitching, and closing partnerships
  • Own relationships with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders
  • Design and negotiate sales plans and guide deals from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive client success and growth
  • Leverage CRM (Hubspot) and analytics to track progress and exceed targets
Responsabilità
  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in Payments, Fintech, or eCommerce
  • Proven track record of closing global deals and meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong sales methodology, exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and a disciplined sales approach (MEDDIC knowledge a plus)
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and analytics tools; Hubspot experience a bonus
