At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /ppSaipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. /ppSOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects. /ph3Purpose of the position: /h3h3How can you support us? /h3ullisupport the RSPP in identifying occupational health and safety risk factors and in assessing risks associated with workplaces and work activities; /lilicontribute to the development and updating of risk assessments, prevention and protection measures, operating procedures and improvement plans; /lilimonitor compliance with applicable Italian occupational health and safety legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as with Company policies and HSE Management System requirements; /lilicarry out workplace inspections and support the follow-up of findings, corrective actions and improvement opportunities; /lilisupport the management of contractors and suppliers from an occupational health and safety perspective, including the review of relevant documentation and coordination requirements; /lilisupports Projects in the fulfillment of the health and safety obligations; /lilicontribute to the preparation of worker information and training programmes and support safety communication and awareness initiatives; /lilisupport the analysis of incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, helping to identify causes and define preventive and corrective actions; /lilicontribute to emergency preparedness, internal audits, periodic safety meetings and the maintenance of the occupational health and safety documentation managed by the SPP. /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3h3Education: /h3pUpper secondary school diploma or higher qualification.
