IL TUO RUOLO
Per un importante progetto nel settore Railway & Transportation , siamo alla ricerca di un Generative AI Engineer con esperienza consolidata nello sviluppo di applicazioni basate su Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa e tecnologie cloud.
Attività:
- Sviluppo di soluzioni basate su LLM e Azure OpenAI.
- Implementazione di use case di AI Generativa e automazione documentale.
- Realizzazione di sistemi per l’analisi documentale e la generazione automatica di Compliance Matrix.
- Sviluppo di pipeline per estrazione requisiti e gestione di documentazione tecnica.
- Sviluppo di API e componenti backend in Python per l’integrazione di servizi AI.
- Progettazione e implementazione di architetture RAG e integrazione con Vector Database.
- Ottimizzazione di prompt, workflow AI e qualità degli output generati.
- Supporto alla prototipazione e industrializzazione di nuovi use case AI.
- Collaborazione con team e stakeholder internazionali.
- Integrazione delle soluzioni AI con piattaforme e sistemi enterprise.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni.
- Conoscenza di Python .
- Conoscenza di Azure Cloud e Azure OpenAI Services .
- Esperienza con sviluppo backend , integrazione API e applicazioni basate su LLM .
- Esperienza con architetture RAG, Prompt Engineering, Document Intelligence e strumenti di AI Generativa.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese in contesti internazionali.
- Disponibilità a lavorare in modalità: full remote .

La retribuzione annua lorda per questo ruolo è compresa tra 36.000 EUR e 45.000 EUR.
La posizione è inquadrata nell’ambito del CCNL del Commercio e Terziario applicato dalla nostra società.
Il posizionamento all'interno del range sarà definito in base alle competenze tecniche, all'esperienza specifica nel ruolo e agli esiti del processo di selezione, secondo criteri oggettivi e predefiniti. In presenza di profili con caratteristiche eccezionali rispetto al range indicato, una revisione potrà essere valutata previa approvazione interna.
