The Company is committed to developing its strategies by enhancing skills and creating impactful roles. In this phase of business growth, the Corporate Strategy & Finance Department is looking for the position outlined below.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying key targets: Companies, Products, Assets.
• Focusing on internal and external stakeholders’ network (building, expanding, consolidating, updating).
• Maintaining and regularly updating BD mapping and related platforms/tools.
• Supporting business case preparation: Economics / PPT, termsheets/contracts understanding.
• Supporting project & team management: project planning/management, data room management (IN/OUT), due diligence management/coordination (IN/OUT).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of related experience in the Pharma Business or Consulting with direct exposure to financial processes, budgeting, planning/forecasting within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Deep understanding of the Pharma/BioTech competitive arena and evolving market scenarios (competitive landscape, market & pipeline).
• Ability to understand and actively contribute to the management of a Business Case.
• Ability to conduct research, analyze data, market trends, and competitor behaviors.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong ability to balance strategic and analytical skills with relentless drive on execution.
• Ability to prioritize and apply critical reasoning.
• Significant interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and "can‑do" attitude.
• Ability to build and maximize relationships/networking with cross‑functional internal and strategic external stakeholders.
