HRIS Lead

ppbHRIT People /b is working with a highly collaborative, forward-thinking organisation that is continuing to invest in its SAP SuccessFactors landscape and wider HR digital transformation journey. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced HRIS Lead to take ownership of the global HR Technology strategy and lead a small, high-performing HR systems team. /ppThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys genuine autonomy, has real seniority attached to the role, and wants to shape both the HR technology roadmap and the organisation's emerging HR AI strategy from the ground up. /ppHybrid working (3 days per week in office), paying up to €100,000 + 10% bonus + car allowance (and other benefits). /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and evolve the global HR Technology roadmap, with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central at its core /liliLead, develop and empower a small, global HR systems team, building capability and a strong customer-focused service culture /liliShape and drive the organisation's HR AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases while establishing appropriate governance, risk management and ethical standards /liliPartner closely with HR, IT and senior business stakeholders to prioritise, shape and deliver technology improvements /liliLead the digital employee experience agenda, simplifying HR interactions through self-service, automation and user-centred design /liliOversee day-to-day system governance, configuration, release management, reporting and data integrity across the HR platform /liliManage vendor and implementation partner relationships, including budgets, performance and service expectations /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliStrong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, or demonstrable experience of quickly developing equivalent platform expertise /liliProven experience leading and developing a team in a global or comparably complex, matrixed environment /liliA genuine blend of HR business partnering credibility and hands-on technical/systems knowledge /liliGood understanding of AI, Generative AI and emerging HR technologies, including governance and practical business application /liliStrong stakeholder management and vendor management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders /liliComfortable balancing strategic ownership with rolling up your sleeves on delivery /liliSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, or additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g. LMS) /liliAwareness of emerging HR technology trends and opportunities to modernise HR service delivery /liliExperience operating within a regulated or compliance-conscious environment (e.g. GDPR, audit and security standards) /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Statement: /h3pWe are an equal opportunity agency and value diversity in our sourcing.
