Who we are

Packsify started in 2021 as one founder trying to build something better than what he was working inside. It took nine months to get the first few customers. Today we are a fully remote team of around 30, doing over $1 million in revenue a month, consistently. Serious mobile strategy players top up through us because we keep them safe, give them real value, and put real people behind every order instead of a support ticket.

What we are working on

Our main product is the Packsify app. For years the whole service ran through Discord order rooms, which worked until it did not. We spent a year and a half building our own app, shipped it, and it changed how we operate. Alongside it we run the Alliance Dashboard, our partner program that lets a whole alliance top up together and share the rewards, and two Discord communities with thousands of players in them. We are also pursuing official direct top up distribution deals with major publishers, which would be the biggest step in our history.

Why we are stable, and what the risk pays back

We are profitable and revenue funded. No investor runway to burn through, no clock ticking on someone else's money. That is unusual, and it is deliberate. We share monthly P&L and KPI dashboards with the whole team, so you will not be guessing how the company is doing. You will know.

If you take the risk of joining a 30 person company instead of a large studio, the payoff is scope. You own two areas outright rather than a slice of someone else's plan, and as we grow, the person who owns the community today is best placed to own more tomorrow.

Four things hold this place together:

• Trust Through Ownership. No micromanagement, no unnecessary rules. You get context and authority, and you decide how to hit your goals. When a decision involves many people, one person is the informed captain: they gather input, make the call, and everyone commits.

• The Focused Path. We do less, better. A few clear objectives every 12 weeks instead of a roadmap nobody believes. Good enough is often good enough, and we save perfection for where it actually pays.

What we want from the person who joins

Someone who is genuinely in it with players, not managing them from a distance. Our promise is simple: keep players safe, give them real value, treat them with respect. Everything we build has to live up to that, including this role.

Team size and structure?

Around 30 people, fully remote across product, engineering, growth, content and player success. You own community and partnerships alone.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

This role exists to make two things more valuable for our players: our Discord communities and our Alliance Dashboard partner program. You own both. That is the whole job.

Grow the Discord communities

• Run Play Smarter (open to every player) and Prestige Club (our most committed members) day to day, and keep them genuinely useful and worth showing up to

• Grow them organically, by making them more valuable, not with giveaways and gimmicks. We already have thousands of players in there

• Run events that give real value: readiness sessions before big in game events, strategy and Q&A, safe top up help

• Make it easy and natural for players to bring their alliance in and feel at home

Launch and grow the Alliance Dashboard

• Build our partner program from the ground up. It is not live yet, so you shape how it works, not just how it grows

• Find and welcome alliance leaders, smaller creators, and community owners in the top 4X games, and help them get real value fast

• Keep track of how partners are doing, so you can spot who is ready for more Support our creators and top partners

• Work closely with our existing creators and biggest alliances so they always have campaigns that fit their style

• Be their first point of contact for growth questions in Discord and DMs Turn real wins into stories

• Work with our content lead to turn real reviews and player wins into posts partners can share.

By the end of your first 90 days, you will have run Discord events that players actually show up to, launched the Alliance Dashboard with real partners going, and made both communities feel alive and genuinely useful.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Must haves

• 2 to 5 years in gaming, web3, or creator communities

• You have personally owned growth and engagement for a community, not just moderated it. You planned events, campaigns, and announcements. You did not just delete spam

• You have worked directly with creators, streamers, guild or alliance leaders, or partners: outreach, communication, and tracking what actually worked

• You are comfortable living in DMs and voice chat with players and community leaders

• Strong written English. You can write an announcement or a DM that sounds like a real person, not a press release

Nice to have

• You play or have played 4X or strategy games and understand alliance culture

• You have run or improved a referral, affiliate, or partner code program before

This role is not for you if

• You have only done corporate social media calendars and content posting

• You have never owned growth for a community yourself

• You are happiest buying paid ads or running performance campaigns. This role is community and partnerships, not paid media

• You want to do strategy from a distance and stay out of the day to day with players

• You are looking for a head of marketing or head of growth title with a team to manage

What are the conditions and bonuses?

• Fully remote, permanent. No office, no relocation.
