ppIn this role you will coordinate domestic and international road freight, planning with approved carriers to move shipments from origin to destination. You will monitor status, address issues, and ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery while maintaining accurate records. As the primary contact for customers, you provide updates, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. You will collaborate with transport providers, verify documents, and support cost control and billing to sustain profitability.
