Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liSegment markets, identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities, and benchmark competitors to inform strategy. /li liReassess service models and define new service product requirements aligned with evolving market dynamics. /li liPartner with engineering and hardware teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, on budget, and to quality/regulatory standards. /li liDrive launch excellence and go‐to‐market readiness /li liDefine and track KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end‐of‐service activities across the lifecycle /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liDomain expertise gained through a Bachelor Degree. /li liWith min. 3 years' experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales /li liPrior experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services /li liExperience driving projects with diverse and cross-functional teams, in a global environment /li liOpen to travel up to 30%/40% of the time /li /ul h3Base salary and level of employment /h3 pThis role is classified under the applicable CCNL Commercio as first-level employee , which defines minimum terms, job classification, and baseline progression frameworks. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is €46 000 -€63 500 , determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills, and role-related competencies. /p h3Bonus / Incentive Pay /h3 pThis job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as 10% of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions. /p pThis job is also eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits.
