summary

the well intervention superintendent supports the well intervention manager in managing well operations, well integrity and well intervention activities for the italian mineral concessions.

key accountabilities

• gather operational requirements related to well safety systems and production performance.
• coordinate field work with site managers and marine operations.
• contribute to the preparation and updating of well intervention procedures.
• manage contractors’ field activities concerning well integrity and well intervention.
• update the well integrity management system.
• support budget management for the function.
• manage worksites and field operations as works delegate.
• verify worksite accounting records and progress status.

qualifications and experience

• technical industrial diploma.
• 10years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in completion or well intervention.
• 3years in a supervisory role in completion or well intervention.
• excellent knowledge of microsoft office, especially excel.
• iwcf level4 well intervention certification (preferred).
• knowledge of sap applications (preferred).
• fluent written and spoken english.
• strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, proactive work planning and organisational abilities.
