From one side we are looking for someone that can work as "brand ambassador", able to convey the Brand's philosophy and values. As such, the candidate will be responsible to maximize the sales performance by fostering the relationship with the customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding the client into our world. From the other side the candidate will be responsible of stock management in terms of KPIs, Corporate guidelines and procedures. He/She will have to facilitate the selling process through an impeccable stock maintenance and to be responsible of minimizing the stock losses. He/She will ensure the implementation of guidelines received from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. /li liMaintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging also on CRM and digital tools. /li liBe proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. /li liEnsure to be up-to-date knowing fashion trends and competitors. /li liProve Brand and product knowledge. /li liDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. /li liEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures. /li liContribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts. /li liEnsure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process. /li liEnsure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, to arrange the merchandise following the Corporate procedures and prepare the product to be taken on the sales floor and special areas. /li liOrganize, manage and perform the products' counting and the stock-takes. /li liAssure the right product flow tracking through SAP system. /li liManage the product flow during Repairs. /li liManage the stockroom activities related to Markdown. /li liGuarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines. /li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 pFluent spoken English expected. /p pOther languages desirable. /p pHigh affinity for luxury products. /p pHigh sense of responsibility. /p pBeing able to work in team as well as alone. /p pOrganized and detail oriented. /p pMature and assertive. /p pRAL: 30.022 - 45.000 EUR /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
