Global Tax Sr Specialist

Overview

In this role you will support Amplifon's corporate income tax activities by ensuring accurate compliance and high-quality reporting across the group. You will work with tax experts to analyze international tax matters, optimize the effective tax rate, and guide business decisions through robust technical support. You will engage with external advisors, auditors, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in tax processes and planning. This is a hands-on tax role in a global, fast-moving environment with meaningful impact on the company's fiscal strategy.

Responsabilità

• Consolidate the Group's Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and perform advanced variance analysis with timely subsidiary reporting
• Prepare Pillar 2, Hybrid Mismatch, and CBCR documentation
• Monitor OECD/EU/local tax developments and assess impacts on the Group
• Manage technical interactions with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities on assigned topics
• Contribute to direct tax planning initiatives to optimize the ETR
• Support cross-functional projects with tax implications (e.g., M&A, restructuring, business model changes)
• Provide technical support and share knowledge within the tax team

Requisiti fondamentali

• 3+ years in corporate income taxation (multinational or Big 4)
• Strong understanding of international tax rules, ETR, and tax reporting principles
• Experience in tax compliance and audit support
• Advanced Excel (pivoting, data modeling, automation)
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive and improvement-oriented
