Staff Software Engineer - FinTech Backend & IAM Architect
Experteer Italy
Experteer Italy is seeking an experienced backend software engineer to shape the backbone of Satispay’s payment platform. The role focuses on building high-throughput, secure systems and mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 7 years of experience, strong Java skills, and a passion for fintech. You will define technical strategies, design transaction engines, and contribute to operational excellence while enjoying a flexible hybrid working system.
