He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. /p pHe/She will reports a Restaurant Manager /p h3Main duties responsibilities: /h3 ul liFullfil the operations of the Food Beverage on DaV Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures; /li liTake care of the mise en place; /li liSupport the Chef de Rang with service; /li liClean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service; /li liMonitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. /li liAct to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests' needs. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEffective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally); /li liEmotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
