We are looking for a new team member to join our Administration & Accounting Team as an Intern .

Working closely with our Admin Manager, you will support all administrative activities of the Group to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

You will have the opportunity to participate in all tasks and observe the entire administrative and accounting workflow. You will also learn how to use tools such as Spring SQL and Fattura24.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external consultants (Audit Firms, Accountants, Labor Consultants)
• Issue and record electronic invoices
• Help with monthly closings and manage F24 tax forms
• Assist the Admin Manager with the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Support payroll activities and reporting
• Assist in activities to achieve and maintain the Group’s compliance with Italian workplace safety legislation

Requisiti

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Management Engineering or similar fields
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (balance sheet/income statement, financial statements, P&L, general ledger)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• A collaborative mindset, well-suited to teamwork

Nice to Have

• Good written and spoken English
• Even brief experience with Spring SQL/Fattura24
