Trip.com Group is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our Rome office. You will own day-to-day workplace operations, be the main point of contact for employees, visitors, and suppliers, and help ensure the office runs smoothly.
This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and fluency in English (Italian a plus). You will coordinate onboarding, office services, and events, reporting to the Office Operations Manager.
