Candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, embrace complex challenges, and are committed to mission excellence will find meaningful opportunities for growth and impact within CACI and on this team. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul libPlans, coordinates and integrates PSYOP activities in support of operational and strategicobjectives, aligning influence efforts with commander intent and campaign goals. /b /li libDevelops and refining PSYOP concepts and messaging using academic research, behavioral science, and audience analysis to improve credibility and effectiveness. /b /li libCoordinates PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, coalition forces, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media partners, and commercial vendors /b /li libIntegrates PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects, ensuring synchronized influence outcomes across domains. /b /li libSupports media campaign planning and execution by aligning PSYOP messaging, dissemination methods, and targeting audience with approved media and strategic communication efforts. /b /li libLeverages government and commercial analytic platforms, including Maven Smart System and C2IE, to support PSYOP planning, targeting, and assessment. /b /li libSupports assessment by defining influence indicators, evaluating audience response, and informing refinement of PSYOP plans and messaging. /b /li libAdvises planners and senior leaders on PSYOP risks, opportunities, and second- and third-order effects, ensuring activitiesremainculturallyappropriate, legally compliant, and operationally sound. /b /li libConducts executive/senior level briefings to GO/FO/SES decision makers to advise, familiarize and/or gain approval of recommended concepts, plans, operations, guidance, and/or policies. /b /li libLeverages PSYOP doctrinal, planning, and executionexpertiseto Ensure Target A /b /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 h3Required: /h3 ul libMust be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course /b /li lib10 years’ experience planning, coordinating,synchronizingand/or executing Psychological Operations (PSYOP) /b /li lib7 yearsdemonstratedexperience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning /b /li libActive TS clearance and SCI eligible /b /li libBachelor of Arts/Science degree in a relevant field such as Strategic Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Behavioral Science, or Military Science or another applicable field /b /li libDemonstrated experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers /b /li libProficient in standard military software applications and communication systems /b /li /ul h3Desired: /h3 ul libCompletion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course, Army IO Planner’s Course, Joint Information Planners Course (JIPC (formerly JIOPC)), OPSEC Planners Course, MILDEC Planners Course, Joint Targeting School /b /li lib3 years’ experience with military planning at the operational level, to include experience at CCMD, Service Component Command, and/or Joint Task Force level. /b /li libExperience coordinating and synchronizing military operations with multinational and/or interagency teammates. /b /li /ul h3What You Can Expect: /h3 h3A culture of integrity. /h3 pAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
