In particular the specific tasks of the entry role will be: /p ul liProvide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of the project /li /ul pDuring the first 6 months of employment, you will attend the Management Systems in Energy Transition and Digitalization for sustainable development 1st level master (Master HSEQ Marco Satta), going to start with the next academic year 2026/2027 by University of Pisa and organized by Consorzio Universitario in Ingegneria per la Qualità e l’Innovazione (QUINN). /p pThe objectives of the Master Program in Management systems in energy transition and digitalization for sustainable development are to: /p ul lidevelop resources with a multidisciplinary background, with integrated and synergic areas of competence oriented towards activities within the HSEQ professional family operating in the energy sector, a rapidly evolving market that is increasingly aware of sustainability and energy transition issues; /li liprovide fundamental technical and scientific elements to understand the industrial context in which Saipem operates; /li lidevelop management skills aimed at project knowledge and modules for basic knowledge of technological and digital innovations introduced in the energy sector. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Geology and Sciences /p pbBackground: /b 1-3 years of experience as Project HSE Engineer or similar roles /p pbLanguages: /b English language advanced written and spoken (C1) /p pbTechnical/IT Knowledge: /b Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package /p pbSoft skills: /b Excellent communication skills, proactivity and ability to work in a multicultural team as well as in autonomous way; Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. /p pWhat else should you know?
