Demand & supply planner

Experteer Overview In this role, you will own forecast development for assigned categories within the Supply Chain and Distribution Planning team at Versace HQ in Milan. You will build and refine forecast models using input from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Replenishment teams, and deliver predictive analyses to cut inventories and boost efficiency. You will support end-to-end planning, align forecasts with cross‑functional partners, and help optimize stock and replenishment strategies. This position offers the chance to shape demand planning in a fast‑paced luxury environment and work with data science to enhance forecasting models. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and maintain demand forecasts across aggregation levels, horizons, channels and markets Analyze sales trends, drivers, forecast accuracy, and KPIs; highlight risks and opportunities Contribute to consensus forecasting with Merchandising, Retail, Regions, Production and Finance Support inventory analysis and replenishment planning, regional requirements, and stock rebalancing opportunities Collaborate with Inventory and Distribution teams on stock optimisation projects Work with Data Science to improve forecasting models using advanced analytics and AI Create and maintain planning reports and Power BI dashboards for planning visibility Maintain data accuracy in planning systems and tools Progressively take ownership of specific categories or processes under Senior Demand Planner guidance Responsabilità Bachelor's or master's degree 2–4 years in Demand Planning (fashion experience a plus) Strong knowledge of statistics and forecasting methods and their business impact Experience with Board, Power BI, or similar tools Experience in high‑volume, multi‑location distribution environments Experience with BI reporting applications Fluent in Italian and English (verbal and written) Proficient in MS Office and database applications Strong analytical and mathematical abilities Excellent organisational, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to learn quickly and think creatively; proactive and flexible; results‑driven and prioritises tasks Good business acumen and problem‑solving attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
