Event Specialist

About the position:

we are looking for an Event Specialist to join our Marketing team to contribute to the planning and execution of events and brand experience activities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of national and local events.
• Support the management of the event calendar and marketing activations across the territory.
• Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, materials, transportation, and hospitality.
• Coordinate activities with event agencies, partners, and external vendors.
• Collaborate in the development of event concepts, communication materials, and supporting marketing tools.
• Support the execution of product launches, roadshows, sponsorship activities, and industry exhibitions.
• Manage the production and distribution of event communication and branding materials.
• Monitor budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and administrative processes related to assigned activities.
• Provide on-site operational support and ensure flawless event execution.
• Collect and analyze event results, preparing reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Sales, and Dealer Development teams to ensure alignment and integration across initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in event management, operational marketing, trade marketing, communications, or similar roles, preferably in automotive industry
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude, hands-on approach, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken in both Italian and English.
• Availability to travel within national territory
