Solution Architect - Microsoft Specialist (Microsoft Endpoint Management)

Experis ricerca un/una Solution Architect – Microsoft Specialist con solida esperienza nel settore Information Technologies e specializzazione nelle soluzioni Microsoft Endpoint Management.
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del BU Manager, avrà un ruolo consulenziale e di advisory, supportando i clienti nella definizione, ottimizzazione e governance delle strategie di device management, sicurezza degli endpoint e modern workplace, basate su Microsoft Intune e sull’ecosistema Microsoft 365.
Responsabilità
Advisory e consulenza
- Supportare i clienti nella definizione della strategia di Endpoint Management
- Analizzare gli ambienti esistenti e proporre roadmap di evoluzione verso modelli moderni e sicuri
- Fornire consulenza su best practice Microsoft per Intune e Modern Workplace
Progettazione e governance
- Disegnare soluzioni basate su Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management e Mobile Application Management
- Definire policy di compliance, configuration, conditional access e security baseline
- Supportare modelli Zero Trust e strategie di sicurezza degli endpoint
Supporto a pre-sales e delivery
- Affiancare il team commerciale nelle attività di pre-sales
- Partecipare a workshop, assessment e presentazioni tecniche presso i clienti
- Tradurre requisiti di business e di sicurezza in soluzioni tecniche Intune
- Supportare i team di delivery nelle fasi più complesse di implementazione e troubleshooting
Innovazione e competenze
- Monitorare l’evoluzione della roadmap Microsoft Intune e Microsoft 365
- Contribuire allo sviluppo dell’offerta di servizi Modern Workplace
- Condividere competenze e best practice con il team interno (mentoring, formazione)
Profilo richiesto
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito IT, con focus su Microsoft Intune
- Conoscenza approfondita di Microsoft Intune (MDM / MAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Windows 10/11 Enterprise, iOS / Android Enterprise
- Esperienza nella gestione di ambienti multi-device e multi-tenant
- Buona comprensione dei temi di sicurezza, compliance e identity
- Capacità di relazione con interlocutori tecnici e decisionali
Nice to have
- Esperienza presso Microsoft Partner / System Integrator / MSP
- Certificazioni Microsoft, ad esempio Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Security / Identity
- Conoscenza dell’integrazione Intune con Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access e Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini
